We only have one new year’s resolution this year, and that’s to fill our lives with positive vibes. That means rethinking downtime as a productive part of our day, making the most of micro moments of me-time, and feeling guilt-free about things that make us feel good. Sound good? Join us and spread the joy.
Remember when exhaustion and stress was a badge of career pride? Yeah, well that didn’t work out too well. So, in 2021 we’re committed to spotting the early signs of work overload and giving ourselves permission to switch off. How you do that is up to you: go for a walk, borrow a kitten to play with, watch the entire first series of Friends in one go. The key is to rethink downtime as productive and an essential part of your wellbeing plan.
We know that choosing your favourite beauty brands is about more than feel-good fragrances and hard-working ingredients (although S&G has plenty of both). In March last year, S&G created a lasting friendship with The Hygiene Bank, a grass-roots, people powered charity, grounded in community. Their network of banks exists to ensure those living in poverty and can’t afford to be clean, have access to the basics. Thanks to your amazing support, we have donated 269,793 bottles of Soap & Glory products to people in need. Look out for more news on our partnership next week!
Forget big gestures of self-care. It’s more manageable to begin every day with micro rituals that make you feel marvellous in the moment. Launching in 2021, our new Uplifting range has been created by our fragrance experts to soar your senses. Scented with a happiness-boosting* grapefruit and rhubarb blend, it will turbo charge your mood in three simple steps:
More to come on this exciting launch in 2021!

In the new year, why not practise clearing your head of mind junk by meditating for a few minutes every day. Even the busiest of brains will benefit, and you’ll be able to balance your priorities as a result. Let’s leave worrying about the should’ve, would’ve, could’ves in 2020 and pledge to make the most of what we have, own our actions and stand our ground, one glorious day at a time.
