Life After Love Island

It’s like the worst kind of break-up – neither of you wanted it to end but due to forces sadly outside of your control (ITV2 producers we’re looking at you) it had to. Yes, that’s right… Love Island is over, and now we don’t know what to do with ourselves come 9pm every night. If you’re still reeling from the loss, here’s what you can do to get over it…

  1. Create a breakup playlist of the best songs used in the show

It might be over but you can still remember the good times – like when they hilariously played ‘Lying To Yourself’ during Alex’s lie detector test, or rather more savagely ‘I Can’t Make You Love Me’ when new Jack broke up with Laura for the second time.

  1. Book a holiday

Mallorca anyone? If they’re not putting the Love Island villa on Airbnb for the rest of the year they’re definitely missing a trick…

  1. Comfort eat


Like Alex aggressively eating this biscuit while watching Meg talk to Wes.

  1. Go out dancing!

You finally have your evenings back, time to dig out the gladrags and make the most of them…


And try to do a better job than Samira of looking like you’re enjoying it
