Disappointed in Texas

I really wanted to like this product. I used it under my foundation and it seemed to be ok. When I lightly swept my face with my powder brush, the foundation wiped off the places where I had used the super blur. Kinda the opposite effect that I was going for. I sure hope Target gives me my money back.

This is useless! I cannot understand how they claim it will erase as it does NOTHING but leave your skin with an oily shine. I gave this a genuine go. I followed the directions correctly but omg what a let down. It honestly covers nothing does not erase or blur. I can still see everything through it! Don't waste your money on this item. It's super disappointing and I wish Soap and Glory would not make false claims.

I've been thinking about buying this for a while, I saw it in boots and had a look at the tester, the texture felt amazing and I love all soap and glory products so gave it a go! after trying it as instructed, it made no difference to my imperfections. I'm not sure if its because I have maker skin but this really didn't cut it for me.

I actually don't understand this product, it seems to be like a primer, but when I apply a concealer or powder on top, it doesn't apply evenly, instead it becomes blotchy. So can someone please explain to me how to use this product?
