What a fabulous product!!! I was already a fan of the Soap & Glory range before trying this product but I think this might be the best one.

I don't have problem skin as a rule but my skin was looking a bit dull and starting to break out so I thought I'd give it a go. The application process was actually fun - I loved the heating sensation and watching it turn blue. I left it on for a 'deeper clean' and could feel a slight tingling sensation. It washed off easily with a bit of warm water and the free sponge.

As for the result - wow! My skin was squeaky clean and so so soft! It feels fantastic. I've never had these kind of results with any other scrubs. I would strongly recommend this product for anyone looking for a deep cleaning experience to use once a week or so. Totally worth the price.

Problems: very dry skin (even flakes), clogged pores in T-Zones, horomonal BS thanks to my IUD (side note:SPARE yourself the PAIN, breakouts and pure maddness), and to top it off I have lupus so I get weird scaly rashes from time to time that are their own special mess.

Things I have tried: As a former Sephora manager, I have tried EVERYTHING! And I mean EVERYTHING. We didnt carry S&G way back when, so I didnt have the luxury of samples...in other words they were on a short list of things I hadnt tried.

What I did: I changed it up a little.....I put it on like a thick mask and didnt scrub it right away. I left it on for about ten minutes. (It will stay white) Then I scrubbed with my Clarasonic, but I didnt turn it on....just used the brush. I did this with really warm water. Next I rinsed it off with even warmer (probably considered hot at this point) and then hit my face with a blast of cold water.

Result: LOVE. My face looks better than it has in months, it feels nice and clean. I will go follow up with a moisturizer as soon as I finish this, but my skin doestn even feel painfully tight or anything right now. For me, thats very unusual.

I love this brand. I love their smell, I love their packaging and I honestly havent found a product I didnt love either :) I reuse the cute pink jars too, peel off the stickers and use them for cotton, Q-Tips, whatever.

I love the mask itself. The heat feeling is very strange to begin with, sometimes a little too hot! The one thing I found is that my eyes start absolutely streaming from the time it's applied to the time I take it off!

I don't know if it's just me, but I wouldn't be able to use it too often, and there's no way I could use it while wearing eye make up!

That said, there's great results, very smooth skin with reduced, cleaner pores.

Oh wow! i have (correction.. had) dull,clogged skin with massive pores. Even though i'm 34 i still get spots! not fair! anyway, i have tried MANY scrubs and masks but this has ended my search. It leaves your skin smooth yet not ravaged. it feel clean, i mean properly clean. Not just nice for a few hours like some either. The cleanliness lasts, only getting better the next time ! FAB! thanks

I love this product, some people think £11's is pricey but for a product that works so welll, I couldn't be happier with it, £11 is prefectly well spent. I prefer this product to others like Clinque which is miles more expensive and takes its time in working. I LOVE buying this product

I haven't tried this, but was looking into trying it then saw the price...the description claims there is a 'free' sponge...so what you're saying is, you're expecting a customer to spend £11 on a tube of this that probably has a small amount inside, and that the sponge is free?

I don't think so, I think you should definitely listen to your customers more about what they want (e.g. Discontinuing your antiperspirant when so many people bought it/liked it? What is the logic behind your marketing?) and have another look at your ridiculous pricing!

I absolutely love this product! Being 17, my skin is an absolute nightmare for spots and blackheads. I have found that this is the only thing that actually works. My skin feels refreshed, soft and smooth when ive rinsed it off, and in the 5 minutes it's on for i can do other things - so no time wasted. I also have very sensitive skin and had no reaction to this at all. It's practically a miracle!

I had a very bad allergic reaction to this wash. I've only maybe once or twice had a reaction to any face product in my life before. I used this and washed it off straight away, woke up the next morning and had bright red, dry, very itchy skin in exactly the same places I'd washed my face (everywhere except for like a cm around my mouth and under my eyes and there was a distinct line dividing my face and neck), I ended up having to go to the doctors and was put onto a course of antihistamine tablets and cream and my skin is now super sensitive to even gentle face washes and moisturisers.

I guess this was a one-off case judging by the reviews, I would just advise to those with even mildly sensitive skin, to either avoid this product or test it on a patch of skin behind your ear/ crease of your elbow prior to using it!

I bought this product yesterday and couldn't wait to use it! After the first use it made my skin feel lovely and aoft although my nose did look a little shiny. I've just used it again tonight and I now have a blue stain above my lip. Help! Has anyone else experienced this? I've tried washing it squeezing it picking it scrubbing it and nothing is getting rid of it! It looks like pen. Please help! Why does it do this ? Has anyone else experienced this or know how to get rid of it? I'm scared to use it again if it will stain my face!

I love the product and my blackhead look reduced already, I would recommend this providing I can remove this stain! Thanks! X

I used that product last night and i am sooo in love already . It smells lovely and fresh , slightly like an eucalyptus scent . Its also exfoliate skin perfectly . Heating sensation on skin while scrubbing is great also.
will definitely buy it again

Just bought this last week and as with all other Soap and Glory products..i love it!!! Unlike some other people mentioned, the smell is nice, smells lovely and clean and feels so refreshing on my face. My skin is so soft after using it and after a week of using it I have found that most of the blackheads around my nose have disappeared! And the best bit was i got it at a bargain price of £6 as it was £2 off already and I used the coupon from the 'Best of All' set! :-)

I started using this product about three weeks ago and it is just amazing. I love that it is a scrub and a mask and the warming action makes your face feel really clean.

I literally just tried this product about 5 mins ago and it's great! My skin is so soft right now, however I think it takes a fair few tries for your blackheads to begin to disappear completely or at least stop multiplying but still, it's a good product! Worth the money!

I decided today that enough was enough and that it was time to start looking after my skin properly. I had oily, flaky, dry skin filled to the brim with blackheads. I came across this make in my local Boots and decided to do some research! After reading the amazing reviews I went straight out and bought it! (Along with many other products which I'm yet to try!)

If you have similar skin to mine, this is the product for you. The heating affect was just right for my liking, hot but not for too long! And I could physically see it working! I kept it on for 5 mins for the full declogging effect and it was so worth it. My skin looks absolutely amazing. First use and the effects I'm noticing are outstanding. My skin is also beyond smooth, I can't stop touching it! Haha. 5 star rating all the way.

This is an amazing product.
I noticed my skin looked smother and softer after the first use, am not so keen on the smell its a bit minty but refreshing all the same. I would highly recommend this product. good value for money, and you only need a small amount to cover you whole face. go give yourself a treat you no you want to.

I loved this product! I got it as a christmas present and it is absloutely brilliant! You dont need to use much at all to get good results so it should last you a fairly long time. It is £11.00 but it is amazing value for money. You only need a grape sized amount to get great results! This product is great and easy to use, you only need to leave it on for 1-3 minutes.
I left it on for 2 minutes and when i took it off, my face was so smooth... it felt like my hands were touching a baby face!
It comes with a free sponge which is really handy to remove the mask. It leaves your face absolutely clean and it leaves it so smooth!
This is a great product and after I have used it all up, I will definately be buying another tube!

After reading rave reviews about this products, I went out to Boots and got myself a tube of this. It was quite pricey I thought, for such a small tube, but I was hoping for a miracle since I've been cursed with a oily-combi skin with superrr clogged pores. I don't think it really cleans out my pores because I still see some clogged pores/whiteheads after using which was a little bit disappointing :( BUT the main problem was, after using, the areas on my cheeks (closer to my nose) started to sting (quite a lot actually) and the morning after, there was an EXPLOSION of whiteheads in that affected area!! :( It was horrible!! I didnt know what was going on, and when I touched my face, it felt... scrubby (?) Like it just felt like there were a ton of gunk hidden under my pores that made it feel sandpaper-ish to the touch.

I thought I was allergic to the ingredients in the mask, but the rest of my face was fine. It actually felt smooth, which was quite amazing :)

I don't know what's going on with my cheek/nose area, so if anyone has any clue, please let me know!!! Thanks in advance :))

I LOVE this mask. I have oily/combo skin that's congested and dehydrated (fun right). I've tried so many masks and none of them do nearly the amount of work that this one does. It's the best one for actually getting the gunk out of my pores, not just cleaning the surface of my face. I don't know about anyone else, but I swear it vacuums my pores out. I I only ever got one tube of it before Target stopped carrying Soap and Glory....why can't I get it through Sephora?????? I will cry when it's out. Seriously.

I'm on the fence about this one. I loved the heating aspect, and I do think my skin looked better afterwards, but unfortunately it has a similar scent to the Fab Pore facial peel, which I really don't find relaxing or luxurious - there's something medicinal and almost chemically about it, and there's definitely mint in it which I loathe in face products. Shame it's not like Peaches and Clean or the Hot Cloth Cleanser which both smell lovely.

My other problem is the blue beads that you have to pop, I just don't get the point of them. There are only a few in each use, so even if you go to the trouble of bursting them whatever magic ingredient they contain doesn't get to cover your whole face. Why not mix all the ingredients straight into the cream, instead of having some of it in beads?

I call this the 'Fire and Ice' mask. When I put it on, I can feel the heat working to clean all the dirt and oil out of my pores. Then after I scrub it off with the pink sponge, there's a cooling sensation left on my face. It feels absolutely wonderful. The mask is so much fun to use and I love that it is both a heating and cooling mask at the same time! It does an awesome job of cleansing the pores and leaves my face feeling fresh and new! I wish this product was available in my country. I would definitely purchase it again and again, and recommend it to everyone!

Brilliant stuff. I'm on my second tube now and it's just about fail safe, cleans my skin completely, all the blackheads etc very much improved. Not too drying and washes off easily. I love it.

The sponge is a bit shoddy though!

Just bought this product and used it soon as i got home! I absolutely LOVE this product. It feels real good when you apply it on the skin and as soon as it touches your skin you feel the warmth. I left the mask on for 5 minutes and could feel my face tingling... in a good way! After sponging of the mask my skin looked really healthy and my face feel like I just got my toothbrush and gave my face an overall scrub lool x Thanku once again soap and glory!

I noticed results after using this for the first time. My skin feels amazing and my pores seem to shrink with every use. Love it. I was let down by the tiny blue beads, I didn't find that my whole face turned blue just areas here and there. I was looking forward to looking like a smurf so badly.

This is a good scrub although it's not good for sensitive skin, at all! I used it and the area down the side of my nose is red and inflamed as it feels like sharp gritty bits are stuck in my skin! I think i'll be returning this one to boots

This is amazing! It's actually HOT when you squeeze it out of the tube onto your hand.

I bought it for my daughter and then stole a bit, as you do.

It has made her 15yr old skin glow and done the same to my 41yr old skin.
